***If you purchased any product through a partner website or store, please contact that specific partner for a refund. We are unable to process any returns if the product was not purchased through our online store***
RETURN POLICY
Once you receive your product please open the package and inspect your wedges and if you're not satisfied, simply return the unused club(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your wedges must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.
We will be happy to refund the items being returned at purchase price unless otherwise noted, the refund will only be for the purchase price of the returned items; if any, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
All sales of custom merchandise are final, and cannot be returned. If you purchased customized merchandise online and received damaged, defective, or inaccurate product, please email us the following information so we can assist you immediately to returns@playcutter.com :

- Email address used when purchasing products
- Your ORDER NUMBER
HOW TO RETURN:
To initiate a return, please email returns@playcutter.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the items to return in the original box if available along with the packing slip. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and take it to your local UPS, FedEx, or Post Office. If returning via USPS, please obtain proof of receipt.
REFUND:
Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days upon receipt.
